This little lady has developed a lot more confidence since being in foster care, but still has a little while to go with desensitising her to the scary big wide world. She needs some more time practicing her lead walking as she still often freezes when she is unsure about something.

Geocache would really benefit from a confident, friendly and well adjusted dog friend to help build on her own confidence.

She has been living in a very busy household with three kids, two dogs and a cat. She’s very respectful, gentle and a real pleasure to be around.

She does love stealing slippers, but so far, only ever carries them around and has not destroyed them!

Geocache copes well when she is left home alone with a Kong, snuffle mat, or other treat. You will often find her just relaxing on the back porch when you get home, and will greet you with enthusiasm when she realises you are back.

Watching her come out of her shell and start playing with toys has been such a joyful experience for her foster family.

They would like to see her go to someone who is committed to building up her trust in a patient and loving environment where she will continue to flourish.
