Lily - 3 Month Old German Shepherd X (Trial)

Lily is a smart and beautiful 15 week old female German Shepherd x Cattle Dog puppy. Lily is a dream puppy who adores your love and attention but is also happy hanging out by herself for a while.

Lily will grow up to be a medium size dog. She’s been raised in a home environment and has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs of all sizes and she gets along with everyone. Lily is friendly and affectionate with people and adores children, a family with kids over 8 would be Lily’s dream.
Lily is smart and quick to learn new tricks. She can sit and shake paws and she is learning recall. She is smart and food motivated so is easy to teach.

She loves her doggy foster siblings and would love the company of a friendly older adult dog for a companion and as a teacher. She would also be ok being an only dog if her humans were home a lot. Lily can be independent and enjoys time on her own and doesn’t need to be with you constantly. She loves her bed and travels well in the car, she adores going everywhere with her foster family.

If you don't have another dog to keep her company, then there needs to be someone in the household who is home more often than not, she is a fabulous family companion.. Lily needs to be welcomed inside when people are home, she is very used to being part of the family and she will need to sleep inside. Lily is crate trained and she will sleep through the night. She’s really nailing toilet training with the right positive training techniques. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).

Lily’s sibling Romeo is also available for adoption.

Lily’s adoption fee is $700 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms and is microchipped.

Lily is in foster care in Wallsend, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.
