Ben - On Trial -

Ben is a gentle giant, he is over 35kg so is better described as extra large instead of large. He is still youngish so he can get excited, but when he settles he is just a big teddy bear on legs :-). He was rescued as a 10 mth old puppy from the pound and was skin and bone, he was nursed back to health and adopted to a family who the rescuer thought was a keeper but in a couple of months they decided a big dog was not for them :-(

ben is very well socialised, he gets along with most dogs and loves to play too. He has a short coat which is easy to maintain and has good manners. He just loves a scrach under the chin and wants to be your best friend. He loves water, we suspect he might even like swimming because he loves water so much, so there might be a little bit of labrador in him too!

he is a large dog, so please consider him if you are looking for a large baby to fill you life with a lot of joy. He is currently enjoying himself in a kennel playing with lots of different guests, but he would love to have his own place to call home
