✨ A Day in Merlin's Life
Handsome Merlin is best described as - couch potato meets playful adventurer – with a side of irresistible charm! He starts his day with an early morning walk, followed by a cozy morning snooze wrapped up indoors. He soaks up the sun in the garden around lunchtime before enjoying an active afternoon of play. Evenings are for relaxation on the couch, but Merlin insists on sticking to his bedtime routine.
✨ Ideal Home & Lifestyle
Merlin thrives in a house with a garden, where he can bask in the sunshine and roll around in the grass to his heart's content. He's a big fan of kids and would fit right into a calm, active household with school-aged children. Merlin also appreciates having his own space to chill out during busy household moments and when visitors arrive. This lovable pup enjoys playtime at the park with friendly dogs and prefers meeting other dogs off-leash. Mature, chilled-out dogs that enjoy chasey games are Merlin's vibe because he is super speedy with the dodging and cornering skills to match. Households with cats or pocket pets aren't suitable for Merlin due to his natural chasing instincts.
✨ Quirks & Cuteness
Merlin loves to play tug-o-war, and when he 'wins', he will scamper away with his prize as fast as possible to his closest hidey place. He enjoys sitting with his family on the couch, but he also knows how to channel his inner cat - he's usually content doing his own thing. Having said that, Merlin has been known to serenade his family with the "sad song of his people" when he's hungry or craving attention. Keep an eye out for his adorable poses – complete with a big grin and paws in the air – whenever he's in the mood for pats and playtime. Plus, watch out for his sock-stealing antics – he loves to keep his favourite person's sock close for company!

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Following adoption - change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on listing) will be provided.
