KING OF HEAD BUTTS!
- Hi, I'm Monty! A friendly, laid-back companion who enjoys spending my days snoozing and soaking up love and attention when I desire it.
- I give the best head butts, enjoy a good pat and will reward you with a loud purr to show how happy I am!
- I enjoy sleeping on a bed, couch or mat and like it when my carers lay down with me.
- I’m a good eater and am litter trained.
- Im a sensitive boy and am looking for a quieter home as I don’t do well with a lot of noise or young children. I love being outside so my new home must also have a secure outside area for me to chill in and sunbake!
- I got along well with the female dog in my previous home but am untested with cats. I would prefer to be an only pet unless my new home has a calm dog.
Is Monty the one you have been looking for? Click the link and fill out the application with as much detail as possible. Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee of $275 includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
