Peggy Lee

Peggy lee is a sweet affectionate girl with a gentle nurturing soul.

She is a very smart little pup and eager to learn. Just while being in care she has already learnt how to sit, leave it, go down, outside and on your bed. She is also learning to sit at the side of the road before crossing. She is a joy to train and enjoys pleasing her humans.

Peggy thoroughly enjoys getting out on walks and adventures and would suit an active couple. However, she also is happy to chill and can cope with a family who work full time. She would be happy either way!

Peggy bonds to her primary carer and will become their little shadow. The downside to this is she does have a tendency to get jealous of other dogs and people at times. Her primary carer/owner will need to maintain boundaries and keep her in line to ensure she knows where she stands in the pack.

Peggy can be anxious and will need a few introductions to new people and dogs before she is completely confident and accepting of them. In saying this, we feel a family with no children may be best due to children having friends coming and going.
 
She has lived with a few dogs over her time and will be fine to go to a home with another dog - bearing in mind to stay on top of any jealous behaviour.
