About Peanut SUA012345
Meet Peanut, an exceptionally stunning fellow who's always ready for the next big adventure! Peanut's zest for life shines through in everything he does, making him an ideal feline family member for an active household.
Peanut's vibrant nature means he thrives when there are plenty of toys and puzzles to keep his mind busy. He loves to explore and play, so his new home would offer plenty of opportunities for interactive play sessions. His idea of the perfect day involves a lot of play and puzzles that will keep him occupied. Peanut is so enthusiastic about play times that he has been known to briefly lose himself, forgetting his manners in his eagerness.
Therefore, Peanut would thrive best in a home without little children where he can enjoy his playtime without limitations. Peanut loves to always be in the mix of things and would be happiest in an environment that understands and appreciates his beautiful, active spirit.
Whether it’s chasing down a feather wand or figuring out how to get treats out of a puzzle toy, Peanut is not one to lounge about – he’s all about action! Yet, in spite of his lively demeanor, he still values quality cuddles.
Peanut is not only active but also affectionate and can't wait to share his unlimited love with his new family. After all his adventures throughout the day, he loves to curl up by your side and rest until it's time for another round of action.
Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
