Stormy (roxy)

Hi there, I'm Roxy. I've been described as calm and a lovely Lady of leisure. I'm a well-mannered social girl who loves nothing more than a big comfy bed to lie down on! I'm looking for a family I can relax with either in my own space or on the couch as part of the family. I love to sniff and would enjoy being taken on daily walks where I can really stop and smell the roses. I already know cues 'sit' and 'lie down'. I love toys but I have a hard time giving them back sometimes, so it's recommended working on cues such as 'leave it' and trading out for treats.
While separation anxiety isn't a problem for me, I do become a bit stressed in the kennel here from time to time. Would be best for my new owner to be home more often than not in the first week or so to make sure I settle in okay. I love food so feeding me from enrichment (snuffle mats, kongs, egg cartons, etc.) is recommended to provide me with mental stimulation. I would be a beautiful companion suitable to most homes and I'm open to the right family. I'll need to meet all family at time of adoption just to make sure everyone is comfortable.
