Chandler's journey began when he arrived after being seen by wonderful staff at a local business, seeking help for an injury to his hind left leg sustained during his time on the streets. Initially reserved and cautious, Chandler is gradually opening up to the care and compassion provided by our team.
Through patient and understanding efforts, Chandler's timid nature will start to transform, revealing a sweet and gentle feline personality. The journey of healing not only mended his physical wounds but also mended the emotional scars from his time as a stray. Chandler's resilience and newfound trust made him a heartwarming success story.

Adoption details
When you find an animal that you think you may want to meet, please send us an email through pet rescue and one of our staff will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you live in the Rockhampton area, we encourage you to meet with any animal that captures your heart.
However, if you live too far away we can arrange a phone call from one of our foster carers, who can provide you with the best information on our animals.
Once you have chosen to adopt (or the animal has chosen you) one of our adoption counselors will process the adoption and your new family member will be ready to take home.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
