About Viola - Located in Frankston
Meow there, lovely humans! I'm Viola, and just like the sweet melodies of my namesake instrument, I'm here to serenade you with the harmony of my purrsonality. 🎻
I'm ready to compose the next movement of my life in a loving furever home. I've already raised four precious kittens with grace and tenderness, and now it's my turn to bask in the warmth of a caring family. I'm a petite beauty with a heart as soft as a melody, longing for love, cuddles, and the simple pleasures of life—a warm bed and a full belly.
I'm not just a quiet observer, oh no! I'm quite the chatty conversationalist, always ready to engage with you as I absorb every word and action. Whether I'm lounging at your feet, perched on the seat beside you, or even keeping you company at your desk, I'm happiest just being near you, soaking up your presence like a warm sunbeam.
I'm far from demanding, I promise! I fit into any household with ease, making myself at home from the moment I walk through the door. Visitors are welcome too—I love meeting new friends and getting pets and attention from anyone willing to share.
While I'd love to be adopted with one of my kits if the opportunity arises, I'm just as content being your one and only feline companion. I've been a gem with both male and female resident cats, and I'm open to making new furry friends with a slow, structured introduction.
As for those two-legged little people (toddlers) and even cat-friendly dogs, I'm cool with them too, as long as we have a proper introduction and some time to get acquainted. So, dear humans, don't let this sweet cherub pass you by! Come meet me and let's create beautiful music together in the symphony of life. 🎶🐾

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
