Beila

It’s time for our gorgeous and sweet lil polar bear Beila (Pronounced Bella) to find her forever home. Beila is a friendly, gentle and such a loveable 9 kilo Japanese Spitz who loves to be loved. She can be shy for the first few minutes but doesn’t take long to trust you and ask for lots of love and affection. She has the most amazing long, soft white coat that reminds me of a polar bear She is very inquisitive of what is going on in the home or around her. She loves when the kids are playing outside so she can get involved and follow them around the backyard. lol she also is very human focused and loves nothing more than to be a shadow with her foster family.

Beila loves to be involved with her humans and is happiest when she is right by your side, whether it’s, following her foster mum around the house or playing in the backyard with the kids, or going for a walk. She also loves a cuddle on the couch when the house settles for the night.

Beila absolutely adores all humans whether they’re male, female, kids or adults and even strangers. She greets everyone with excitement and can’t wait for a pat to say hello. She gets so excited that she does jump up for a pat but is extremely gentle when doing so. She’s excellent with the kids and she’s very respectful.

Beila is only a young girl and hasn’t had much training at all. She is not toilet trained and will require her training to be continued in her new home. Beila loves her daily walks and does pull on the lead but is very easy to manage. Beila traveled well in the car

Beila has been in foster care with cats and she is very respectful of them. She had not shown any interest in them whatsoever. Beila is dog friendly and is a delight around her K9 friends

Beila has been really well behaved when left alone at home, she will either lay in the sun or curl up in her bed under the alfresco. She hasn’t shown any destructive behavior whilst in foster care. She will get vocal if she knows your home and hasn't either let her in or said hello to her lol . Beila hasn’t shown any interest with toys so far even though she has plenty to choose from lol

Beila was a good girl while having a bath , she had a beautiful soft healthy coat. That will require regular brushing and maintenance as she does malt as typical of her breed

Beila has been sleeping in her kennel under the enclosed alfresco area during the warmer nights. She has also slept in a crate in the lounge room of a night and was well behaved and had no accidents overnight.

As Beila is a young girl she loves to stretch her legs and go on daily walks. She would be happy with at least a 30 to 45 mins walk each day.

Beila’s ideal home is to be with a family that’s home more often than not or a family with a happy and submissive male dog. A home where she can be an inside dog and have regular walks each day. If her new home has cats that’s fine because she isn’t interested in them at all. Beila needs a home where they will be patient with her training and let her be a part of the family and love her as much as we do

Adoption Criteria
A home with a nice size yard with plenty of shade , shelter and secure fencing
A home with another dog would be lovely as she adores others but we are seeking a very well socialized dog who is kind and gentle
Cats in the home are fine
Small children in the home are fine as she adores children but we seek dog savvy and kind children
A home that will take her for a nice daily walk
A home that will keep her beautiful coat clean and well groomed
A home that will continue her toilet training
