About Nora - 11 Month Old Cockapoodle (Trial)
Hi,my name is Nora, I am a female 11 month old Cockapoodle, weighing under 6kg.
I haven’t had a lot of training or socialisation before coming into care and I can be timid at first, particularly when meeting new people. My foster mum says I have come so far in my short time in care and is confident with a patient and caring forever home, I will continue to flourish. Once I settle into my environment I love play. Soft toys and balls are my favourite and I love a good zoomie. While I love my play time, I love to finish the day with cuddles on the couch. The closer the better I say.
I am going really well with my toilet training and have only had the occasional accidents. With ongoing training, I'm sure I will master this in no time. I have already mastered the doggy door.
As I haven’t been around many people I am after a home that doesn’t have lots of people visiting, it makes me scared and I hide. The occasional visitor would be fine.
While I was initially terrified of a walk, I am starting to love my daily outing. I can still sometimes get spooked by loud noises and new things, so walks in quiet areas are my preference. I am now exploring on our walks and I may walk from side to side.
I am dog friendly and I would like another small dog for company in my new home. I would like this dog to be confident so I can learn from them. I am untested with cats and pocket pets.
I am an inside dog and I need to be allowed inside all the time, even when you're out. I am ok being left alone as long as I have doggy company, but I don’t want to be left for full time working hours, so I am looking for a home that is home for part of the week.
As I can still get scared by loud noises and sudden movements, I am looking for a home without children under 5. Visiting children would be fine and homes with older understanding children would be considered.
