Duke

This sweet 5 yr old Manx X found his way into our care after a heartbreaking loss.

Duke’s previous owner had rescued him from a shelter for her 10-year-old grandson. They were best buds for three beautiful years until his human companion passed away unexpectedly.

Sadly, his grandma’s health declined and she could no longer care for Duke. With nowhere else to turn and shelters full, his owner was contemplating the worst when she found the Ninth Life Foundation.

Duke is understandably still grieving the loss of his best friend and needs someone with patience and a kind heart to allow him to come out of his shell.

Dukes grandma describes him as an affectionate, playful boy who loves human companionship.

While in our care Duke has definitely shown us his affectionate side and will make the right person very happy!
