About Zulu
Meet Zooloo,
our big hunk of love!
This guy is winning everyone's hearts at the shelter - he is simply just a really great guy. If you like your dogs big & full of love, we have your man right here!
Zooloo is just a young dude at 2 years old but has experienced great loss having once been a very much-loved companion. He is now ready to move on & find a loving new home, one where he will be allowed indoors so that he can be a full member of the family & included in family life.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience with larger breeds. Despite his huge heart & affectionate nature, he can, at times forget his size & strength! He walks pretty well on his harness & lead but some of his basic manners need a little tweaking with some ongoing positive reinforcement training. He also needs regular daily exercise & loves to go out exploring his neighborhood & working those big, long legs.
We have been told that he previously lived with a cat & they got on very well! We would suggest that he go to a home with no small children just due to his occasionally bouncy nature.
This dude so deserves a kind & loving home & he will give that love back ten-fold.
Secure fencing & a high-quality diet will keep our big, beautiful boy happy, healthy & safe :)
