About Tim Tam - Located in Brunswick East
Meow there, lovely humans! I'm Tim Tam, your soon-to-be favorite little feline friend! 😺
At first glance, you might think I'm a bit shy, but don't let that fool you—I'm just taking my time to size up the situation and scope out all the love and cuddles headed my way. Once I warm up to you, get ready for some serious purrsonality!
Now, let's talk about my favorite pastimes. I absolutely adore chasing after a ball! There's something about that round, bouncy object that gets me all excited and ready to pounce. But hey, if I'm not in the mood for a game of fetch, you'll often find me cozied up next to you, soaking up all the warmth and affection you have to offer.
Sure, I might be a little timid at first, but I'm slowly but surely gaining confidence each and every day. With your love and support, I know I'll blossom into the most paw-some companion you could ever ask for!
So, if you're in the market for a sweet and silly sidekick who's equal parts playful and affectionate, look no further! I may be small, but I've got a big heart just waiting to shower you with love and snuggles. Let's embark on this furr-tastic adventure together—I promise it'll be purr-fectly delightful! 😸💖

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
