About Leo - Located in Preston
š¾ Meow! Hey there, potential human parent! The name's Leo, but you can call me the King of Cuteness. I'm here to sprinkle some lion-sized love into your life, so get ready for a wild ride!
First things first, let me introduce myself properly. I'm a fierce feline with a heart of gold, ready to conquer the world with my adorable antics and irresistible charm. I may come off as a bit of a needy lion, but hey, who can blame me? I just can't resist soaking up all the love and attention you have to offer.
Now, let's talk expectations. If you're not prepared to devote every waking moment to pampering me, well, we might have a little problem. But fear not! I'm open to having some furry companions to keep me company when you're busy. A resident cat or a friendly dog would do just fine, as long as they can handle my wild energy and endless enthusiasm.
Oh, did I mention that I tend to be a bit... talkative? Yeah, I've got a lot to say, and I'm not afraid to express myself. But hey, isn't that part of my charm? Plus, I'm still learning my manners and people skills, so bear with me if I get a little cray cray from time to time.
But don't worry, I come equipped with an off button! When I'm not busy causing mischief, I'm more than happy to curl up for a power nap, whether it's on your chest, face, or head. I mean, who needs a pillow when you've got a purrfectly fluffy lion like me?
So, if you're ready to welcome a bundle of joy (and fur) into your life, look no further! I promise to fill your days with laughter, love, and maybe just a touch of chaos. Let's embark on this adventure together and make some memories that rwar! š¦āØ

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the motherās antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
