Rocko

Introducing this pretty little puppy- Rocko!

Rocko has made his way into the shelter at a very young age. This little bundle of joy has been in foster care to build confidence and grow big and strong- he has now been certified old enough for adoption and has have got gold star reviews from his foster carer!

Rocko is a fun and crazy boy, getting up to usual puppy things. He loves to explore his surroundings and has shown very social behaviours. Rocko loves attention and wants to be on you a lot - this is adorable for the time being, but with him being a mix breeds he may grow up to be a medium sized dog... he may still try to sit on your lap though.

Ideally Rocko's new pawrents will engage in puppy school training so he can become the best boy that he can be. This period of socialisation is also incredibly important so be prepared for lots of trying new things and positive reinforcement, the amazing LDH staff can give you tips and tricks on this.

Due to his gentle nature, Rocko may be suitable to live with primary school-aged children and older, she also may be suitable to go home with an appropriately matched canine pal.
