About Anubis
FOSTER TO ADOPT HOME, Must live in the City of Greater Bendigo
Meet Anubis, the enchanting 10-year-old Oriental boy with a heart as golden as his sleek fur. From his striking almond-shaped eyes to his graceful demeanor, Anubis captivates all who meet him. His gentle nature and affectionate disposition make him an irresistible companion.
Anubis is a true lover at heart, reveling in the affection and attention showered upon him. He thrives on cuddles and snuggles, cherishing every moment spent in the warm embrace of his human friends. Whether it's curling up for a cozy nap or lounging contentedly in a sunbeam, Anubis finds pure bliss in the simple pleasures of life.
Despite his regal demeanor, Anubis is remarkably easygoing, showing little concern for the presence of other cats. He would happily share his home with another older, laid-back feline companion, forging a harmonious bond built on mutual respect and companionship. Moreover, Anubis is a natural with children, delighting in their playful antics and endless affection.
Anubis's love for food is matched only by his love for cuddling. He eagerly awaits mealtime, his eyes sparkling with anticipation as he savors every delectable morsel. Yet, it is in the moments of quiet companionship that Anubis truly shines, his gentle purrs serving as a soothing melody to those fortunate enough to share his company.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
