Kangaroobie is a little snuggler and an absolute sweetheart!

She loves being with people (right up on your chest to watch tv if she can!) and even though she is very obviously a kelpie with her looks, she doesn’t seem to have the usual kelpie herding traits (her foster family thinks she might have some whippet in her mix).

Kangaroobie is a quick learner (food motivated which will make training easier), loveable and friendly; although as she is still a puppy she will need her new humans to be committed to continuing her training.

She would fit in well either in a home with a mentor dog and playmate; or possibly as an only dog in a busy family home where she gets lots of attention, walks and love.

Her happy place is being snuggled on the couch (or your lap if you let her!).

Kangaroobie is house trained and toilet trained; she knows some basic commands, sleeps in a crate and is excellent walking on a lead.

She is currently on a property with sheep, cows, ducks and chickens and has been fine around them (no interest in herding).

If you’re after a little companion that loves a walk and play, but is also happy to lay at your feet while you work or relax- then Kangaroobie would love to meet you!
