About Sheila
Sheila is a friendly and generally well behaved dog. Her foster family have two other dogs (a male and a female) who she gets along with very well, although they are both quite submissive dogs and are happy for her to be the "boss". Sheila would love a home where she could let herself in and out as she pleased. She loves to spend time with her people, so it is important she will be included in your daily life. Sheila's DNA tells her that farm animals are very exciting, however she did not receive the training she needed to be able to put those skills to work, consequently she is now not suitable to be around stock. She does enjoy a walk on a lead and she loves a game of tug. She sits and lays down on command and knows to wait for her dinner. She is extremely intelligent and would be open to learning any new skills her owner wishes to teach her.
Sheila does have a very minor medical condition that will require treatment for life, however the treatment is just one tablet per week, so neither hard to do or terribly expensive, however her adoption fee has been reduced accordingly.
Sheila is looking forward to her prospective new human coming to meet her in the Bega Valley (approx 6 hours south of Sydney).
