About Olive
Olive is a beautiful, soft Mini Poodlex Japanese Spitz puppy girl who would love someone special to call her own. Having spent the beginning of her young life on a farm, Olive is on the quieter side and is still getting used to meeting new people and different places. We have no doubt that with time and love, she will continue to grow in confidence and personality.
Olive is a small dog (approx 6kg when fully grown), yet robust enough to get along superbly with dogs of all sizes. Olive loves attention from children, however being on the shy side, she is easily frightened by loud small children- but she is certainly not nasty or snappy at all. Although not tested, we are confident she wouldn't take issue with cats, chooks or pocket pets. Given her age there is plenty of time for training and familarisation with all family members too!
Olive's toileting has been reliable inside- she comes in, hops on the couch and will head back outside to do her business. But as she is still a puppy, her training is ongoing. She is also very happy sleeping in a crate at night and we'd recommend this in her new home to begin with too. This will help her settle into her new home and also provide you with a sense of security, knowing exactly where your pet is during the night until you both have a thorough understanding of each other.
Being a mini poodle cross Japanese Spitz, she would need clipping/grooming in the warmer months to keep her comfortable. There is no need to keep her 'show presentable' unless this is your preference. She's low/to no shedding too.
This sweet, gentle girl would be a well-suited new addition to a family that can provide her with the love and attention she craves along with some commitment to continuing her training (not obedience training as such, just slotting into your routine).
She is currently housed in Orange, NSW, and she's eagerly awaiting her chance to join a new family.
If you can offer Olive a kind, loving, patient home please send an enquiry through via Pet Rescue telling us a bit about yourself, your home and your lifestyle.
Medical notes
Olive is in excellent health. She will be getting desexed on the 23/2 and available for pick up after this date.

Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Olive.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long the dog would be left alone during a typical week.
What you can offer a dog in terms of activities, outings and training.
If you have other pets - in most cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage (the exception would be if the dog being rehomed is not so good with other dogs).
