About Tom - Located in Northcote
Hey there, awesome humans! The name's Tom, and let me tell you, I am one heck of an adorable kitten ready to steal your heart! You can spot me from a mile away with my distinctive spot right smack dab on my nose, adding that extra touch of cuteness to my already charming self.
Now, let's talk about my favorite thing in the world: adventures! I'm always up for a good exploration, diving into every nook and cranny with boundless enthusiasm. Seriously, there's not a corner of this world I haven't sniffed out yet! From chasing after toys to investigating mysterious shadows, I'm all about living life to the fullest.
But here's the thing that really sets me apart: I absolutely, positively adore having my sides scratched. It's like hitting the jackpot every time those magical fingers find their way to my sweet spot. Trust me, it's a quirk that makes me even more lovable (if that's even possible)!
Now, let's talk about my winning personality. I'm friendly, affectionate, and oh-so-adorable. I thrive on attention and interaction, making me the perfect companion for families or individuals craving a furry friend to share their days with. Whether you're looking for a cuddle buddy or a playmate, I'm your guy!
With my cute nose spot and love for cuddles, I guarantee I'll become the cherished member of your family in no time. So what do you say? Ready to welcome me into your home and embark on countless adventures together? Let's make some pawsitively awesome memories!

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
