About Fiona - Located in Northcote
Greetings, dear humans! I am Princess Fiona, a majestic feline with eyes that sparkle like stars and whiskers that rival the finest of wands. But my beauty is only a fraction of what I have to offer, for within this regal exterior lies a heart brimming with affection and kindness.
I pride myself on my gentle and composed demeanor, always carrying myself with grace and poise fit for royalty. I am not one to demand attention, but oh, how I relish in the gentle caress of a hand upon my head. A simple touch is all it takes for me to shower you with purrs of gratitude and adoration.
While I am quite the socialite and enjoy the company of my human subjects, I do have certain preferences befitting of a princess. I prefer to keep a respectful distance, gracefully staying by your side rather than perching upon your lap like a common peasant. And please, refrain from lifting me up without invitation – a true princess must maintain her dignity, after all.
I cherish moments of tranquility and serenity, reveling in the peacefulness of a quiet atmosphere where I can bask in the warmth of my surroundings. But fear not, for even in my moments of repose, I am a comforting presence, exuding an aura of warmth and serenity wherever I go.
If you seek a royal companion who will shower you with affection while maintaining an air of grace and elegance, then look no further than Princess Fiona. Together, we shall embark on a fairy tale journey filled with love, companionship, and enchantment. Are you ready to welcome a princess into your realm?

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
