What can I say about this gorgeous boy Gibbs…
This amazing sweet and gentle Silver haired Fox ( Kelpie) is one out of the box .
At just 19 kilos this super hunk of a boy is definitely a head turner as you walk on down the street while he is behaving perfectly by your side
This boy is so young and has so much potential

He has the sweetest soul, he loves affection and will melt when you scratch or touch him. He closes his eyes and is so relaxed like he's having a professional masseur rub him down lol
Gibbs is the shy guy you know like in a rooms of noisy toddlers trying to get your attention Gibbs will be the one at the back looking super shy and adorable and saying ummm hey don't forget me too lol

Gibbs is very well behaved in the home and is full house trained
Gibbs is amazing on lead, he does not pull and will walk by your side the whole time. He is certainly not the typical full on energetic Kelpie that we traditionally think of when we imagine a Kelpie
He has displayed a friendly demeanor to all dogs and loves to run around with them and play. We have taken him to meet and engage with numerous dogs at parks and he is definitely Mr social Butterfly. Gibbs is currently in foster care with another young Kelpie and they spend the day playing and snuggling

Gibbs is well trained and walks brilliantly on the lead , he is a dream to walk to be honest.
He isn't jumpy on people in any way so would be a good fit for younger children
Our sweet boy travels really well in the car too and seems to love a car trip

He came to us a little timid and cautious of his surroundings and has come a long way since then. He still gets a little scared around the vacuum cleaner and loud noises can startle him

Adoption Criteria
Gibbs although not a overly energetic boy still requires a good size yard with shade and shelter to run and play
A home that can love and cherish this special boy for the rest of his life
Gibbs adores other dogs and loves a playfriend so we are truly hoping for a home with another playful fun loving well socialized female so be his BFF
A daily walk with plenty of stimulation to keep his super smart brain busy and active
A home with children are fine as he adores them but they must be kind and gentle as we did indicate Gibbs is still getting used to loud noises
A home where his new family are overly fond of their dog doing science experiments on his bed or annoyed if he assists with the washing on the line….
