About Joshua - Located in Preston
Greetings, wonderful humans!
Joshua here, reporting for duty in my finest tuxedo attire, ready to charm your socks right off! Despite my dignified appearance, let me assure you, I'm nothing short of a lovebug, bursting with affection and energy, just waiting to smother you with head buntty smooches!
Now, let's chat about my ideal abode. Picture a serene haven filled with plenty of love and, of course, food – a must for any discerning feline like myself. If you're the type to enjoy lounging on the couch, then look no further, because I'm your guy! As for kids, well, I'm quite adaptable. I'll happily acclimate to the pitter-patter of little feet and even join in on the fun of computer games with the older ones. Trust me, I'm pretty much bomb-proof.
But let's not forget one crucial detail: I'm a big, playful boy! I thrive in an environment brimming with enrichment opportunities. Scratch poles, cat trees, food puzzles – you name it, I'm all about it! After all, a busy cat is a happy cat, isn't that right?
I'm perfectly content cohabitating with other cats, but truth be told, I wouldn't mind being the solo star of your life either. As long as my feline companions are chill and not too wild, I'm easygoing and ready to make friends.
So, if you're ready for a whirlwind of high-energy fun and an abundance of love, look no further! Joshua, the dapper tuxie boy, is here to brighten your days and steal your heart.
Let's create some unforgettable memories together,
Joshua 🎩

Medical notes
WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
