Tamale is an absolute angel!

She is quite possibly the world’s easiest dog to have around. Tamale is the sweetest most gentle girl with a gentle soul who wants nothing else but to follow you around and cuddle on the couch with you. She is a well-mannered smart girl who is so full of love and happiness.

If you are not at home for a few hours, no worries, as she will quickly find her favourite spot on the couch/ dog bed and make herself comfortable till you get back home.

She loves to sleep in her bed while her foster mum works from home, enjoys supervising (from a distance) all the cooking in the kitchen and doing zoomies with her foster sisters. She is a happy camper and an easy-going girl.

She hardly barks at home or outside and walks well on lead.

Since she is very small in size, she is quite wary of big dogs outside of home. She will quickly let you know that she is uncomfortable hence, it is better to keep her away from all big dogs and only have slow introductions with big dogs,if needed.

She has shown no signs of food aggression or resource guarding and trusts her people. However, some supervision at dinner time will be helpful if you are feeding multiple dogs at the same time.

Tamale would love to go to a home with a similar sized dog as she enjoys the company. Her energy levels are moderate, so she would be happy with a medium sized backyard with regular visits to dog parks, beach walks, walking trails and all other adventures you could possibly think of. She travels very well in the car.

She sleeps through the night and is toilet trained. Some training to use the doggy door will really help her to have a good mix of indoor and outdoor time.

Tamale is a healthy happy girl hence, is best suited for a home where she is included in activities, adventures, and everyday life as much as possible.
