About Odi
Odi is a five year old Maltese cross and just the best little guy!
Odi loves cuddles and loves being close to his person/people.
He warms up quickly and is straight into having a good time. Odi loves to be loved and loves showing love.
He has been trained to sit and is great on a walk but can be easily distracted by other dogs.
He’s a teddy kind of guy and loves to pull apart soft toys when playing!
Odi is a quirky boy and loves grabbing a sock or a shoe to keep by his side to cuddle with. Don’t worry, he doesn’t destroy these things, he just loves the momento.
He’s mostly an indoor boy and doesn’t like to be outside by himself, but definitely enjoys a good run around.
Odi has been living with a cat in his foster home and they have been getting alone well. Odi can sometimes get over excited, and wants to play, so a slow introduction may be needed if there is a resident cat.
Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
