About Penelope
This is Penelope.
She is a happy, active girl who will need lots of things to do during the day when you are not home. Think creatively and make some enrichment toys for her along with providing a scratching post and places to play/hide. Penelope may be suitable living with a friendly cat or dog after slow introductions. She is a curious cat that cannot wait to explore her forever home and make it her own.
This is a special little kitty looking for a special family to live out her life with.
Adoption details
You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
