About Buddy
Please only apply for this greyhound if you have:
- Small Dog Friendly!
- A home where people are home more often than not
OR
A doggie companion.
Meet Buddy, Buddy loves company! Buddy would be best suited to a home where he has other animals to keep him company or someone home with him. In traditional greyhound style Buddy is a big ball of energy and love but will then settle straight down and sleep for hours.
Buddy is great on the lead and loves to go for a walk and see other dogs along the way. Buddy has seen horses and traffic and nothing phases him. Buddy is potty trained and is able to hold all night. Buddy currently lives with another greyhound and a cocker spaniel and there are no issues in sharing his space or his attention.
Taking buddy on adventures in the car is a dream as he lays straight down and sleeps the trip away.
Buddy is still learning his manners around not eating food left on benches, jumping to greet you in his excitement or staying on his bed instead of joining his foster family on the couch but he will shower you with love and attention and would be a great addition to a loving family.
[Note: Under Victorian Law greyhounds must be on-leash at all times in public areas, including in off-leash parks or ovals]
