About Arabella
Sweet little Arabella is a shy girl, definitiely not the 'naughty tortie' that people might expect when they first see her. She is a truly sweet and gentle little girl who has the quietest nature of her big and rambunctious litter. She naturally sits back and lets everyone else grab the lion's share of the attention while she watches. This means she is a little bit slower to come forward and engage with people because she is used to being pushed out of the way and finds it easier to hide in the shadows.
Having said that she is curious and playful and when briefly out of the company of her five siblings she is a chatty & chirpy little girl who enjoys playing with toys, gentle pats and is quick to purr. She is not entirely sure she is happy to be held or picked up as she is still finding her confidence in a large and busy litter of kittens. She is one of my favourites and will be a beautiful and loving little girl once she is in a family environment of her own and away from some of the larger personalities in her immediate family :) Arabella has a medium length coat and will benefit from a regular brush.
She is one of a litter of six and will ideally be rehomed with another cat or kitten as she has never really been alone. It is a great option to adopt two kittens instead of one as they will adjust to their new home together, settle faster while bringing each other company, comfort, confidence and a playmate all in one. Two instead of one kitten will also reduce the likelihood of them developing problem behaviours.
We are willing to negotiate a reduced adoption fee if you would like to adopt more than one cat or kitten.
Medical notes
Due to a national shortage of feline vaccines, kittens will be immunised as soon as vaccines become available
Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
