Hello, my name is Hershel and I’m a shy guy who is still getting used to life with those things called humans!

Nature
I’m slowly getting used to being around humans. I’ll meow at my Foster Mum, I’ll come for a sniff of her hand but I’m still working on enjoying her giving me pats. I’m quite content to just hang out on cat towers and play with my cat friends, I’m not even opposed to sleeping the day away! Loud noises still scare me, I’ll hide away when I hear them until I know the coast is all clear.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with children, cats and dogs. I’m used to the noises children make, such as stomping around and loud voices. I’ll happily snuggle up on their beds, but as soon as I see them I run back to my cat tower.

I’m very cat social, I love cats. I will play and cuddle with my brother, I give smooches to the old resident cat too. There’s nothing better than some feline company! I’m not a fan of those dog creatures, I let them know to go away with a little hiss and a swipe.

Likes / Dislikes
I love my food and I will sing my heart out when my bowl is empty. I’m not fussy, I love it all.

My only dislikes are loud noises, and dogs. I’m really not a fan of them!

My PURR-fect home would be with patient humans who are willing to work on my nerves with new people and new things. A home with other cats would be purr-fect!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
