MY PROFILE:
Meet Damien, a timid but deeply affectionate kitty who is searching for a patient and understanding new family. Though fear may be his initial reaction, once you've earned his trust, Damien's loyalty and love shine brilliantly. He is particularly fond of his feline brothers and thrives in their comforting presence. Damien tends to avoid children, so a calmer household with understanding adults is where he would flourish best.
Damien is a sweet soul who will need time and patience to come out of his shell. He's not one to warm up immediately, but the wait is undoubtedly worth it. He is very charming, with an endearing personality that's just waiting to unfold. Having feline company is not a preference but a necessity for him—he blossoms with other cats around and relies on their companionship for emotional support and security.
Adopting Damien means embracing a journey of trust and love. His ideal home would be one that already has resident cats, ensuring he has the feline friends he needs to feel safe and happy. All 2nd Chance Cat Rescue cats are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and come with a take home pack. We transfer the change of Ownership free of charge into your name.

Adoption details
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Go to our website www.2ndchancecatrescue.com.au and go to our adopting page.
2. You can complete the online application by following http://www.2ndchancecatrescue.com.au/adopting/adoption-form
3. Or you can download the document and email back via 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
Please note that the adoption fee as stated on the cat's profile is required on the day of adoption and we only accept cash.

2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
