About Delilah (Rapunzel) - Located in Preston
Hey there, handsome humans and lovely ladies!
Delilah here but you can call me Rapunzel, and guess what? I've let my hair down and I'm ready to whisk you away on a magical adventure! Picture me, popping my head out of my cozy tower (or cave, in this case) to greet you with sweet chirps and gentle head bunts.
Now, let's talk about my irresistible charm. You see, when you enter the room, I just can't resist saying hi. I'll pop my head out of my cozy cave and give you the sweetest little chirps and head bunts you've ever seen. It's like I'm inviting you into my own little kingdom of cuddles and cheek scritches.
Speaking of cheek scritches, let me tell you—I absolutely adore them! There's nothing quite like the feeling of a gentle hand running along my fur, sending shivers of delight down my spine. And don't even get me started on the "cuddle roll." Oh yes, that's my signature move—the one where I flirt shamelessly with you just to steal your heart.
But hey, don't be fooled by my sweet demeanor. I may have the soul of an angel when I'm cuddled up with my people or basking in a sunbeam, but there's a little devil on my shoulder just waiting to come out and play. Crinkle ball? Oh, you bet I'll pounce on that faster than you can say "happily ever after." And shadows on the wall? Well, let's just say they're like invitations to a game of cat and mouse that I simply can't resist.
So, dear potential best friend, are you ready to embark on a fairy tale adventure with me? With Rapunzel by your side, every day will be filled with love, laughter, and plenty of silly antics. Just be warned: if you're tempted to kiss the belly, you might just unleash the mischievous magic within!
With purrs and princess vibes,
Rapunzel 🌟

Medical notes
WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
