About Lacy
Meet Lacy, a one year old German Shepherd filled with boundless love and contagious joy. Known for her sociability, this vibrant girl does exceedingly well with her canine companions. She personifies an enthusiastic spirit that vibrates throughout her plume-like tail each time it wags.
Food-oriented, Lacy identifies her daily highlights through meal times and doggy treats. Her excitement amplifies when engaged in play, particularly fond of rope toys and whimsical dips in shell pools. Being a young and sprightly girl, Lacy still carries a touch of frolicsome puppy behaviour, adding a tad more sweetness to her charismatic persona.
Currently undergoing fun and engaging training with Bear the dog behaviourist, Lacy is continually evolving into an even more wonderful companion, showcasing progress each day. Her quick learning ability, coupled with her eagerness to please, is promising for her future development.
If you're a resident of Queensland or Victoria, you're in luck! Lacy's ready to join a family who she can call her own, but in the best interests of all involved, meeting her in person is a must. This first-hand interaction ensures compatibility between you as future pet parents and this bright spark of effervescence.
Lacy's future home will ideally have an ample yard space where she can romp and play, though with her by your side, adventure awaits no matter where you are. Even after a fun-filled day, Lacy's all about the love. Her dream evening includes time spent cuddling up with her favourite people, collecting abundant belly rubs, and returning the love in kind.
Should Lacy be your ideal match, click on "Enquire about Lacy" to extend your family with this wonderful adventure-loving girl. Her radiant happiness and love make every day one to remember! We promise, with Lacy in your life, each day will be a new adventure filled with special moments crafted hand in hand with your new loyal companion.
Medical notes
Lacy is microchipped and vaccinated and will be desexed when we can get an appointment with our vets.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
