About Dahlia - Located in Northcote
Hey there, fabulous feline fans! I'm Dahlia, the purrfect blend of sweetness and sass. You wanna know what makes me the cat's meow?
First off, let's talk about my favorite pastime: the sneak attack. Oh yeah, I've got ninja skills that would make even the stealthiest of stealthy cats jealous. Just when you least expect it, bam! I'm pouncing on my unsuspecting siblings, turning playtime into a wild adventure. But hey, it's all in good fun, right?
Now, when it comes to mingling with the grown-ups, let me tell you, I've got charm for days. Adult cats? They're like the cool cats at the party, and I'm right there, strutting my stuff and making friends left and right. They dig my vibe, and I'm always up for a bit of chit-chat or a playful chase.
But wait, there's more! You see these ball skills? Oh yeah, I've got moves that would make any soccer star jealous. Give me a ball, and I'll show you some fancy footwork that'll leave you speechless. I'm talking dribbles, spins, and maybe even a few goals if you're lucky.
Now, let's talk about curiosity. I'm like a little explorer, always itching to uncover the mysteries of the world around me. From investigating every nook and cranny to chasing after shadows and sunbeams, there's never a dull moment with me around.
And here's the kicker: I'm self-sufficient, but I've got a heart as big as my curiosity. Whether I'm flying solo or cozying up with some fellow felines, I'm all about spreading the love and making every day an adventure.
So, if you're looking for a sweet and sassy companion who's equal parts playful and independent, look no further. I'm Dahlia, and I'm ready to bring some pawsitivity into your life. Let's make some memories together, shall we? 🐾

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
