About Sophie
Meet Sophie, a beautiful Oriental cat who is about 5 years old. She's a little shy, but with a heart filled with sweetness. Sophie is looking for a quiet, nurturing home where she can relax and feel secure.
Upon first introductions, Sophie may come off as slightly reserved, but beneath that shy facade, you'll discover a cat whose affections are as rewarding as they are beautiful. Like a hidden gem, she sparkling shines once she is confident and comfortable in her surroundings. Lavish her with gently-stroked cheek rubs and she will grace you with the soft, melodic hum of her contented purrs.
Sophie would enjoy a peaceful environment, preferably with no other pets to contend with. Sophie does not require a lot of physical activity, rather she loves quiet and meditative moments throughout the day.
Sophie is just beginning her journey of discovery and trust. Will you accompany her on this beautiful expedition of love and self-confidence? Remember, you are not just providing Sophie with a loving home but an environment for her to evolve, learn and be her true self. Sophie deserves the best, and we hope you can be the part of her heart-warming journey of transformation.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
