Hi, my name is Buddy, sadly I need a new home through no fault of my own.
I am a beautiful boy, and even though 11 years young I’m very fit and healthy.
I walk well on the lead, I know how to sit and wait for my dinner, I know the word OK to tell me I can eat it, I love my cuddles, walks and going for rides in the car, I take food gently, I don’t jump up on people or bark much. I’m not really a dog that plays with toys, I just love being with my humans.
I would like to live with a family that can give me lots of love and cuddles, take me for walks, let me watch TV with them and who don’t mind if I follow them everywhere.
I’m currently in foster care with lovely people, and I’m being very well looked after and I’ve adjusted very well, they really love me and will be involved in choosing who will be lucky enough to adopt me. 😊
I have been living in a busy city area and loved sitting at café’s and going for walks along the beach. I’ve been fine with other dogs but sadly two were invited to stay in my home, one of which picked on me, and we had a fight, so I’m not sure I want to live with another dog now, I just don’t trust that they wont pick on me.
I’ve been fine whilst in care with my foster carers, we go to parks where there are other dogs, but I don’t go off the lead, in case the other dogs pick on me, my carers are very protective of me and don’t want me to be put in harm’s way again.
So, if you think you can offer me a good forever home where you’ll be able to give me all the above in return, I will give you all the love and loyalty you could ask for!
