About Tiggy
This is Tiggy.. a bundle of pure gorgeousness! He's a light ginger mini Maltese with a dash of Pomeranian (certainly all his looks have thrown to the Maltese). He's very playful, cheerful, cheeky and happy! Tiggy just LOVES everyone and is never too far from your feet. He's also quite partial to a cuddle as well :)
Tiggy is the final chapter in a Maltese x triology (brothers Tex & Teddy already adopted), that came to us from a family who could no longer care for all the puppies anymore.
Tiggy's exercise requirements will be minimal, playing with his toys and perhaps a small doggo sibling, following you around the home and garden, outings in the car and short walks will suit him perfectly!
He has started his crate training, walking on a lead and is going well with pee/poo pad training.
Tiggy would thrive in a home where his humans are around more often than not, where there are no young children (or at least, considerate young children who can respect his small stature) or a family with kids over 5 who will help with enrichment activities. He will make the most lovely companion!
Tiggy would benefit from a clip in the hot summer months when he is older, but ongoing intensive clipping would not be necessary. He has a low to no shedding coat.
Tiggy is booked in for desexing on 6/2/24, after which time he can head off to his new home (expect this to be around the 10th Feb). He is currently with a foster carer in ORANGE NSW.
Please express your interest through PetRescue or phone me on the number listed.
Medical notes
Tiggy is in great health- vaccinations up to date and desexing booked for 6/2.

Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Tiggy.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long the dog would be left alone during a typical week.
Tell us if you have other pets - in most cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage (the exception would be if the dog being rehomed is not so good with other dogs).
