Farthing

Hello my name is Farthing and I bet you are wondering how I got my name, well this is it, my mother came from the Pound, and so she got the name of Shilling and so my foster carer thought we need to follow the theme so my siblings and I are all named after English Money – there is Sixpence, Stirling and Quid.

I am a beautiful black panther I am sleek and delicate. I am a quieter kitten and with so many other foster kittens in the house I can get a bit missed in the crowd. I do love to play and one of my favourite toys is the laser pointer, I am a polite little girl and I tend to let everyone else have a go with it before me (I love it the best when my foster mummy puts some of the other kittens in another room so I can get at it without being barrelled over by the other kittens). I dart from side to side and show off my ninja skills, changing direction with ease. I am happy to play with toys by myself so I am aways running around the house with some sort of toy in my mouth.

I am a happy little kitten and when I want love I will curl up with my foster carer while she watches TV, I don’t love to be on her but I will be either curled up by her legs when the recliner is reclined or on the arm rests. I like to be near but not on top of her.

I am pretty IT savy and the keyboard of a laptop is pretty warm, so when my foster mummy is writing the profiles for the foster kittens in the house I will help her by sitting on those warm keys, making sure my toebeans are nice and warm.

All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
