About Ranger and Rusty
Rusty and Ranger Meet Rusty and Ranger, the 12-week-old Cattle / Border Collie cross puppies ready to find their forever homes!
These two adorable brothers are as distinct as their names – one red and one blue, one stumpy tail and one long tail.
Each brother is utterly sweet and will undoubtedly steal your heart.
Rusty- Red cattle x with a stumpy tail
Rusty, the red puppy, is a charming mix of sweetness and cleverness.
His speckled coat and soulful eyes make him absolutely irresistible.
Rusty is the more robust pup of the pair, and is a playful and joyful companion.
Whether he's caught up in a lively game of tumble, tugging on a rope toy or comfortably nestled in your arms, Rusty will melt your heart.
Remarkably clever, Rusty will quickly pick up new commands with training.
Despite his puppy energy, he possesses a laid-back side too, striking a perfect energy balance.

Ranger – Blue cattle x with a long tail
Ranger on the other hand, is the slightly more mischievous brother.
Despite his smaller stature, Ranger is a spunky bundle of curiosity and enthusiasm.

Ranger loves nothing more than running and tumbling with his big brother and his foster fur-siblings.
His smaller size does not stop him.

Both puppies have hearts of gold and love nothing more than hanging with their humans.

Both puppies are crate trained and are dog friendly.
They are learning to live politely with feline friends.
As babies themselves, Rusty and Ranger are still working out that cats don’t want to run and play.
They are catching on quickly however, and with time, training and slow introductions will most likely be fine to cohabit with a feline friend.
Choosing between Rusty and Ranger is a delightful dilemma, as both pups will grow to be wonderful companions.

Both pups are up to date with vaccinations, microchipped and flea / worm treated.
Their adoption fee of $625 includes desex at one of our partner vets when they are 6 months old.

We understand that bringing a new pet into your home is a big decision that will enrich your life in countless ways. That’s why we’ve developed a clear, step-by-step guide to help you find your perfect match and provide a loving home for one of our precious animals. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
