About Sooty
Sooty is a handsome long haired boy. He may seem a bit shy when you first meet, but with a little patience and a gentle touch, he quickly makes the transition to friendly and affectionate effortlessly.
Sooty has lived peaceably with other cats and kittens and would love to have a cat friend to keep him company in his forever home. He is incredibly gentle and calm and once he warms up, you will hear his lovely contented purring.
Sooty would also suit a solo cat home so long as he received plenty of his favourite human’s attention and quality time. Sadly, he missed out in his kitten hood and hasn’t learnt to play however he really loves a long head-to-tail pat or head nuzzle.
He would need a secure indoor home with a preference for access to a secure outdoor enclosure or netted balcony.
Sooty will need to be brushed to keep his long fur looking gorgeous and help keep fur balls to a minimum. You’ll need to be prepared for fur drifts during the warmer seasons when he loses his winter coat.
Are you ready to open your doors to this delightful feline? Can you provide Soots with the love and patience he needs to warm up? He promises to return your kindness with heaps of purrs and affection.
