About Belle
Meet Belle, a delightful bird with a heart as bright as her feathers. Belle's playful and highly intelligent nature makes her an active and joyful companion. She thrives on social interactions, loving to join in on any activity, from making dinner to gardening.
Belle's typical day starts with a family breakfast, where she will likely steal some cereal. When it's time for work, Belle goes into her outside cage. Once home from work, Belle comes inside to her large indoor cage which has an open jungle gym on top. When her family is home, she spends her time either in her open jungle gym or on people's shoulders/laps. Belle often comes outside onto the deck for afternoon drinks, where wild Galahs will sometimes visit her. For dinner, Belle will get a sample of human dinner scattered around her jungle gym to keep her busy. Belle then goes inside her indoor cage for bedtime.
Belle expresses affection by holding her foot out to join you, blowing kisses, and playing peek-a-boo. She enjoys dancing, asking for kisses, and trying a variety of foods, with eggs and roast potatoes being her favourites.
Belle's ideal match is someone who is home often, providing outdoor access and without resident cats. She thrives on experienced owners dedicated to nurturing her unique spirit. As with any parrot, building trust takes time, and Belle's new family should be committed to enriching her life with love and understanding. Enrich Belle's life, and she'll fill your home with joy and companionship!

Belle had a broken wing when she was young, which healed in a position that doesn't allow her to fly.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Following adoption - change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on listing) will be provided.
