About Gemma
Meet Gemma, she is a beautiful tabby tortie lady. She did happen to find herself at the pound at a more mature age so we at Little Paws Kitten Rescue took one look at that beautiful grumpy face and scooped her up so that we could help her find her new forever home. Her story is a little sad, her forever human unfortunately passed away so she is looking for a new forever home at the ripe ol’ age of 16.
Don’t let Gemma grumpy looking face put you off, she is as friendly as can be. She is always up for a pat when her foster carer is around, and she is not picky, she will let any of the foster carers come in and give her a pat when they are visiting. She is not the best at having her photo taken, so to really see how pretty she is you will have to meet her in person. She is a lovely lady who has a quiet personality and likes to get as many pats as you have to offer her.
She is a sweet cat, but she will be the first to admit that a house with a full on kitten is probably not what she is looking for, she will be fine with older cats but she does yell at the kittens in the kitten room like a grumpy old man protecting his lawn. She would love to spend her time sunbaking in front of a window or curled up on a couch next to you.
If you need a special lady in your life to keep you company she would love to meet you.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
