About Curtis
Curtis is the most gentle soul, that just wants to please his people. He has been an absolute dream puppy and we will be very sad to see this beautiful boy leave, but we are excited to help find his furrrrever home!
He is very quiet and is not phased by vehicles, lawn mowers or farm machinery. Curtis is also very friendly and gets along with both quiet and energetic dogs. Curtis has shown he is good with kids and is like a big brother to his foster family's toddler.
Curtis has an affectionate nature and always runs over for a pat. He is the first to lay by your side after a days work and has great recall. He doesn’t wander too far even if in a large paddock, he will come running back. He is a clever boy and has recently mastered walking on a loose lead. He also knows basic commands such as sit, lay down & is currently learning to stay.
Curtis has great manners for meals, he will sit and wait patiently and is able to eat near other dogs without any issues. He prefers to sleep inside but is also good in the shed and sleeps amazingly through the night. He travels well and is good in a dog box on a Ute or in the car.
Curtis would be suited to an owner with at-least one other friendly dog as he is still a puppy and gains confidence from their company. He would need a home with a moderately active lifestyle and a large backyard to keep him busy as he is still young. In saying that he is also a chilled out boy and is happy to lay around for most of the day. He will need continued training being a young puppy as he can get excited at times but settles down quickly.
If Curtis sounds like the boy for you, please send in an application today!
Curtis is located in NSW.

We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa.
