Little Bohdi is a sweet little boy. He is super friendly. He is toilet trained and well behaved in the house. Bohdi loves receiving lots of love, rubs and pats, and is a wonderful little companion dog. He enjoys his walks even though he can be cheeky and bark at other people and dogs when he is out and about: this will probably improve now he is getting out regularly into the wide world on his walks and becoming used to socialising with other dogs and people.

Bohdi has had no contact with cats or other pets/animals so we do not know how he would react. He has not lived with children that we know of, but with his sweet nature we think living with kids would not be a problem for him. He would love a home with someone home the majority of the time.

Bohdi is bonded with Bluey, also listed, and must be rehomed with him. The dogs are absolute best friends, walk really well together and are the cutest little duo ever!

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, flea and worm treatment, vaccination, microchip - including the transfer of ownership - and sterilisation.

Bohdi is a little overweight. His general health is good although he does have loose patellas in his back legs (a very common little dog trait). Building up the strength of the leg muscles with regular walking does generally help to manage this condition and lessen the likelihood of his kneecaps slipping.

ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Dog Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen dog is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and must be made electronically as we are unable to take cash payment.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
