About Cupcake
Cupcake arrived into care as part of an unplanned litter - mum was a Cavalier, dad a Pomeranian. The mum has since been desexed.
She is absolutely delightful and is always smiling, friendly and happy to see you.
Cupcake is quite a robust little miss, who loves to go on short adventures (while it’s so hot - she’ll be up for longer ones when the weather cools down) around the farm, to the sheds and stables, to feed and water the elderly rescue ponies and feed the fish in the water troughs.
Leash walking and learning other basic manners is going well.
Cupcake will make a wonderful family pet - she adores our grandchildren.
She is toileting reliably on the artificial turf and pee pads.
She’s on the right in the photos with her sibling (who’s been adopted to her new family in Adelaide).
Cupcake is in care at Tamworth, NSW.
Medical notes
Cupcake currently weighs around 4 kilos.
Adoption details
Please express your interest by sending an email through PetRescue.
Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer a dog.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long the dog would be left alone during a typical week.
Tell us what you can offer a dog in terms of activities, outings and training (training doesn’t have to be formal - having routines, boundaries, providing for ongoing socialisation with both people and other pets, go a long way towards raising a happy puppy who is a pleasure to be around).
Tell us if you have other pets - in most cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage (the exception would be if the dog being rehomed is not so good with other dogs).
Please also let us know where the dog will sleep and if he/she will be welcomed inside.
