About Sprout
My biggest challenge with Sprout is capturing his petite-ness adequately. He’s comparable In size to a similar aged Chihuahua puppy, weighing in at 1.4 kilos with a full belly (oh yes he loves his food and everyone else’s!).
At birth he was the tiniest by far, being half the size of a grown mouse and wasn’t expected to survive.
One of the photos shows Sprout with my size 7 jogger to try to give the reader a comparison.
Sprout has a gorgeous little personality, he’s cheeky and playful and loves to follow his carers around, seemingly interested in what they’re doing, knowing that a comfy lap is never far away. He’s a real cuddle bug - check out the photos of him on my lap while I write his profile.
Sprout’s exercise requirements will be minimal, playing with his toys and perhaps a small doggie sibling, supervising you around the home and garden, outings in the car and the occasional short walk will suffice.
He has started crate his crate training and is going well with pee/poo pad training.
Sprout would love a home where his humans are around more often than not, where there are no young children, however, a home with older responsible children would be considered. Did I mention that a home with willing cuddlers is essential?😂
We expect that he will be big enough to desex at 12 weeks of age after which he can go to his new family - if you can prise him out of my arms!
Please express your interest through PetRescue or phone me on the number listed.
Medical notes
Sprout passed his vet check with flying colours. He will receive his 2nd vaccination shortly and will be desexed at 12 weeks, most likely.

Please express your interest by sending an email through PetRescue.
Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Sprout.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long the dog would be left alone during a typical week.
Tell us if you have other pets - in most cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage (the exception would be if the dog being rehomed is not so good with other dogs).
