About River
Early Release Adoption.
River is around 11 weeks old and came to care with his brother after the pair were found running around a park in Picton, presumably dumped. River is quite shy in new environments and around new people. It has taken him around 2 weeks to fully settle into foster care, however now he is a boisterous, adventurous, affectionate little boy with loads of love to share. He would be best suited to a home with kids over 6, kids who will understand he needs patience and can be jumpy with loud noises at first. River loves to purr, he adores cuddles and will follow you around the house as you do your chores. River was sent for desexing, however it was discovered he has a cryptic testicle, which means one of his testicles has yet to drop. River will need to have his desexing surgery rebooked and completely in around 2 months time. As he can be adopted without desex, his new owners will be required to sign an extra contract stating they will be compliant in booking him for his next surgery and dropping off and picking up from his vet in Braemar. (We cover desex cost of course). *Ownership papers are NOT submitted until he is desexed*
