About Lenny
Looking for a furry companion to join you on long walks, explore the great outdoors, or cuddle up on the couch? Look no further than Lenny! This energetic and intelligent pup is always up for an adventure, whether a run, a swim at the beach, or a hike through the bush.
Lenny's vibrant personality shines through in everything he does. He's a big hairy happy dog who loves people. Eager to please and a bit cheeky, he'll keep you entertained with his playful antics and loyal companionship. He's a cuddle bug at heart, always ready to lean in for a snuggle or shower you with affectionate licks. And don't be surprised if he brings you a toy to share in his excitement when meeting new people – it's just his way of saying hello!
Lenny's typical day begins early, followed by an hour of hanging out with his people. He is adaptable and comfortable sleeping indoors or outdoors. After a 45-minute morning walk, Lenny enjoys outdoor time until his owner returns home from work when he'd love to connect with his people by going for another walk or playing in the backyard. Evenings are spent relaxing indoors, with activities like watching TV together after a day filled with exercise and enrichment activities like fetch and using Kongs.
Whilst he doesn't have any experience living with children, he has always been extremely gentle with those who meet him. In Lenny's ideal home, he would have a backyard for outside access or a rural environment where he could run and play freely. He's looking to be the star of your family and is not suited to living with cats or other small pets.
Due to recent experiences, Lenny has become reactive to some dogs, and his current guardian has been working very hard to support him through this, so he is seeking people willing to continue his training. Lenny's adoption fee includes a valuable post-adoption consultation with his trainer. This consultation will provide you with expert guidance to help Lenny transition into his new home, ensuring a happy and harmonious life together.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
