MEET ZEPHYR!

We are not lying when we say that Zephyr might be the cutest kitten you will ever encounter.

He is unbelievably friendly and confident, and he adores people more than anything else in the whole world.

He is also full of shenanigans, and will keep you laughing all day with his delightful antics.

Zephyr is a master of many trades: he is a therapy cat, a lap warmer, a human shadow, a bug catcher, a white-noise purr machine, and a jester, just to name a few.

When his sister Ember was extremely sick and on the verge of death, Zephyr stuck by her side to help her get better. He also helped to keep their foster carer's spirits up amidst the stress and heartache of the situation. Luckily, Ember pulled through and is now listed for adoption as well.

Zephyr gets along tremendously with other cats. He is so easy-going that he settles in with them almost immediately. He would very likely do well with a gentle dog as well. Nothing really seems to phase him.

If you want a playful cat, Zephyr is your man.
If you want a cuddly cat, Zephyr is your man.
If you want a cat-friendly cat, Zephyr is your man.
If you want a cat to guard your house... sorry... no such luck (though he would likely subdue intruders with his irresistible charm).

Everyone who meets Zephyr falls in love with him, which is why we are advocating for him to be adopted alongside one of his less confident siblings, particularly Flint (whose profile can be viewed here: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1019522 )

Kittens like Zephyr steal the spotlight for obvious reasons, and their more introverted siblings get overlooked time and time again. One of the most tragic part of rescue is saving the life of a beautiful kitten, only to have them languish in care because no one wants to give the shy ones a chance.
This is why we hope to find an extra special family who will see the potential in *both* kittens and give them the best forever home.

IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE:
Due to the nation-wide vaccination shortage, these kittens are not vaccinated.
As part of the adoption package, you will be given a voucher for a free vaccination (through Westside Community Desexing Clinic).
You must vaccinate your kitten(s) when the supply is replenished, and provide proof of this vaccination before the microchip(s) will be transferred into your name. If you choose to use your own vet rather than the clinic, that is ok, but you will do so at your own expense.

Many of our foster/rescue houses are in the same area, and we can usually get numerous cats together in one place. That way you can interact with many of them and see which one(s) might suit you best.
